Chronic Care Hospital, Abu Dhabi (Investment Opportunity)

It is to certify that the project is the first of its kind in the whole UAE and has been highly supported by Health Authority-Abu Dhabi(HAAD)to provide skilled nursing services to all long term patients who need continuous and intensive medical, nursing and rehabilitation services. The facility will be only for long term patients and patients with chronic diseases. There are about 15 acute illness hospitals in the area. These hospitals would prefer to relocate long term patients to less expensive rhea facilities. Our Chronic Care Hospital project will fill the gap of a high demand for long term patients.

The investment is highly lucrative, safe and the project is supported by the Government of Abu Dhabi.
Investment request: 100m AED (18.5m EUR) over 1,5 years - ROI p.a.: 10% to 16% tax free!

Project Idea

- Acute care hospitals currently caring for Chronic Care patients
   – Elderly patients
   – Car accident victims
   – Patients with congenital conditions

- These patients take up beds that could be otherwise used to treat acute conditions
   - Acute care hospital beds are more expensive to maintain
     (currently it costs Abu Dhabi health authority AED 6000 per day)

- Great demand felt by acute care hospital administrators and by the government to move
   these patients to high quality, lower cost facilities.

Proposed Project

- To build a 72 room "Chronic Care" Hospital facility in the vicinity of Mafreq Hospital, Abu
   Dhabi to gap the demand.
- Build a self sufficient facility – with staff housing – for long term care.
- Focus on rehabilitation care.
- Acute care needs fulfilled by nearby hospitals (eg. Mafreq).
- High-end chronic care facility targeted at relieving the patient load from government
   hospitals.

- Home visit or home stay services offered
