9th March 2010: YOUR INVESTMENT IS SAFE! Our project is fully approved by the Government of Ajman and there is no problem with registration. After 4 month, construction is still on hold, waiting for necessary construction approvals and negotiations with Master Developer and Municipality departments. Parkview City Master Development has to come up with solutions, promised environment, infrastructure, electricity and water planing. The delay can be extended for some time, which is out of our control. We offer the investors, who do not want to wait, or do not believe in Parkview City, units from us in Emirates City Projects were we have Developer agreements or are in Joint Venture. We have units available in 6 towers which are under full construction up to 8th floor (progress up to 2 floor a month). Please contact us for more details. Construction progress pictures are above. We will deliver units as promised to our customers! Previous payments will be secured!

4th August 2009: Good news for Investors: The final ESCROW Project account approval is given by ARRA. The Parkview Palace project is now fully approved by the Government of Ajman by it's Real Estate Regulatory Agency: ARRA, as a safe project to invest.

July 2009: NEB, The leading UAE architecture and engineering consultants are appointed for project management and construction supervision.

July 2009: Excavation phase 1 completed - first three meters excavated. Excavation phase 2 with further 3 meters depth launched

June 2009: Excavation and other works on site have started as planned.

23.03.2009: We are proud to announce, that the demarkation from the Municipality of Ajman has been completed with GPS by today, Monday 23^rd of March 2009

Construction phase 1 started: Soil test drilling 50m and geo-technical investigation are completed and results go into the foundation calculation for piling

May 2008 - December 2008: Additionally the approvals of the Ministry of Civil Defense and the Ministry of Electricity & Water are acquired as well

May 2008 - December 2008: Approval of design and construction of the building according to the rules and regulations of the municipality of Ajman

The anticipated completion date is end of 2011/2012. The project planning is in accordance to our timeline
